Mohamed Turki

Home Inspector, Project Manager

Originally from Tunisia, Mr. Turki is one of our home inspectors and project managers. He has been “Investigator of Industrial Installation Failures” for 25 years. He’s also a project manager. Mr. Turki got special experience with industrial projects, above all in the food process industries. Many companies have profited from his knowledge, including international ones from Germany, Italy, France, and Turkey.

At SnagMe he’s valued for his eye for detail: His background as an electro-mechanical engineer helps him to detect issues in several fields of your future property, regardless of whether it’s an industrial building or a private home. Think automation, HVAC, industrial refrigeration, hydraulic, pumping, and water treatment.

Patrick Fischer

Home Inspector, Project Manager

Originally from Germany, Mr. Fischer is one of our home inspectors and project managers. He holds several certifications in quality management and project management, among others from the German TÜV Süd.

At SnagMe he’s valued for his thoroughness: As an electronic technician with many years of experience, Mr. Fischer can identify defects in areas such as mechanics and electricity at an early stage. Based on the findings in the inspection, Mr. Fischer can also advise you on the overall quality of your future property.
